RETURN & Exchange POLICY
We offer our customers a ’15 DAYS FREE RETURN / EXCHANGE SERVICE’ wherein you can return/exchange a product within 15 days of its delivery. Let us know by writing to email@example.com and we will guide you on the steps.
- Do remember to mention the order number in all communication.
- We accept partial returns wherein you can raise a return request for one or all products in you order. However, any product along with a free gift/ combo must be returned in its entirety.
- We keep limited inventory and may not always have all the sizes available. Under such circumstances, we will issue a store credit and the customer can use the same whenever they shop with us next time.
- The exchange product must be of same or higher value than the original product.
- All accessories are non-returnable.
- Make sure that products are returned with the tags and the packaging intact, in an unwashed and undamaged condition.
- Refund/replacement shall be issued after a thorough quality check of the product(s).
- Wherever possible, we will make sure that our team does the reverse pick up. In case of non-availability of reverse pick up service by our logistics partner(s), customers will have to courier to our address. We will issue a store credit of Rs.100 against such cases.
